Here's a picture of the corsages I had made

As always, Mother's Day is very special to me -
not because of the special treatment that I receive
as a mother, but because I still get the joy of spending
time with my mother. This year, I had corsages made
for me, my mother, and sisters to wear to church. I
had them made with carnations, like we used to wear
as girls when Mama bought them for us every year.
The only thing missing from our special day was my
baby sister, Shaana. She lives about 9 hours away
so she's not able to come down for every occasion.
She'll be here in a couple of weeks for my nephew's
graduation. I'm looking forward to the visit - as always.
I hope all the mothers out there had a great day today!
