This morning as I was reading my devotional, I was reminded of how faithful the Lord has been to me. Through years of poor choices, uncertainties, and my time as a single parent, I learned first hand that God never leaves or forsakes His children.
Just as a shepherd leads his sheep and provides for them, God has led me through some very dark times in my life. He's provided not only the physical things I need for survival, but peace of mind and heart as I walk with Him each day.
I can feel his hand of protection on me and my family and am continued to be amazed at the ways He has blessed us! I believe He not only celebrates the good times with us but also hurts when we hurt.
I take great comfort in knowing that He is the Good Shepherd....always guiding, always guarding, and forever faithful.
